Asia donation link

Our (Liquidnet) CTO posted a donation link for the tsunami/earthquake victims. He got it from Joel Spolsky's mailing list, and I tend to think of Joel as a pretty thorough guy in terms of recommending things.

"Hi Mr Kidney,
this probably not relevant to your post, but to answer your question on blogmaverik take another look at xamdam.blogspot.com. I did not post a charity link until now because I am highly suspicious of charity organizations in general and I waited for someone else to recommend one. FYI I did not really READ Mark's latest blog entry, I SAW it and replyed. I hope you enjoy da blog, though."

After I responded to your post I really regretted what I said - I usually not into flaming others. In regard to your post on my site, thanks for not blasting me (as I probably deserved it.)

Hopefully your post will generate some revenues for the aid effort. (I would post it on my site but it's read by...well...nobody.)
